Imperfections

An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck.

One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water.

At the end of the long walks from the stream to the house, the cracked

pot arrived only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water.

Of course , the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments.

But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of what it had been made to do.

After two years of what it perceived to be bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream "I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house."

The old woman smiled, "Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side?"

"That's because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted

flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk

back, you water them."

"For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table.

Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house."

Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding.

You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.

It's been a long time since I update this blog.. I think it's dying out or something.

Been busy with life, work and other things.. plus basically busy with traveling too! I love traveling too much!

Anyway, one of the dreams have been fulfilled that in the end I went to Korea! Seoul only though. I will be going there again next September 2012... my next destination would be Jeju Island, Busan, Daegu and of course back to Seoul.. The shopping is great! the food is to my taste and of course, everyday is shop and shop..

Most of us are company executives that required us to sit approximately 8 hours of our days looking at the computer and doing our jobs. Some maybe students on assignments that requires typing, surfing internet and researching via desktop or laptop. At the end of the day, we almost sit more than 10 hours including working, watching TV, having lunch or even coffee-ing with good friends.

They are great movies to be catch on movie theatre ^^

Long Weekend! THOR, Fast and Furious 5 and cute ads!

This week is another long weekend! Glad to have long weekend once in a while.. basically loving every May of the year! May is like the start of the summer where all the good movies are out and lots of holiday!

Get a chance to watch ' THOR' and 'Fast and Furious 5'! Love them both! Fast and Furious 5 is totally smokin hot! and the cars are just too fly!!.. like it! Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Tyrese and Dwayne Johnson, never fail to entertain! like it! THOR is great too! This marvel movie is way much better! The action is great, the visual and graphic is fantastic, and I like all the animation too! Enjoyable for the week!

When I was in the toilet, found this cute advertisement that I would like to share ^^ It's from NEA! They are really creative and I found this cartoon very entertaining in a educated way^^ When I found more, I will upload them again ^^ Enjoy!

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Short Getaway(16th to 17th April 2011)

Dear All,

As promised, I will put some of the photos that I took when I visited KL last weekend. Holiday is always too short but it's really great! Eat a lot of food and quite productive for 2 days 1 night visits.

Basically, we took the tour from Singapore using WTS Travel as they have the package deal where 2 pax could travel to Kuala Lumpur for S$226 (including coach, hotels and breakfast). We are lucky that we get the Berjaya Times Square Hotel as it is considered as 5 stars hotel. As we are traveling as 4 pax, they gave us free upgrade to the sort Room Suites where there are two rooms in the place with private living room and kitchen. So far we love them! Our Route:
[Day 1]Berjaya Times Square --> Bukit Bintang Station --> Sungei Wang Mall (we ate kfc inside, Malaysian KFC is good!) --> Lot 10 Mall --> Pavilion Mall --> Kuala Lumpur Expo --> KLCC Petronas Tower (Kuala Lumpur Icon) --> Jalan Ah Lor (the food paradise in KL) --> back to Hotel

[Day 2]Basically we didn't go anywhere on Day 2 as our bus left for Singapore at 2 p.m. So we enjoyed our hotel stay! the room is so good and the bed makes you want to sleep more! I love this hotel =)

Kinda late to show you this.. but anyway, last weekend has been a Japanese food weekend. I know that they said, be precaution to eat Japanese food nowadays because of the radiation. However, all the foods that sold in Japanese Restaurant in Singapore so far is safe! they put a big sign board outside saying that everything there is approved by the authorized people. So I start the afternoon eating at Ishimura Restaurant @ City Square Mall (Farrer Park MRT)

Salmon with Egg and Rice:

The lunch for the day plus the Raspberry and Mango Yakult: Yummy!

Okonomiyaki: this is one of their best. I love it!

Nothing much on lunch.. however, we continue for cakes. Recommended by my friend that this place is good and the cake is good too! not too sweet and yet not bitter or anything. so it's tasty! plus it's healthy too as it contains lots of fruits

My Review: I would love to visit this place again not only for the cakes, but basically I am in love with the color of the fruits.. I'm not those fruit lovers that love to eat fruit everyday.. but with this kind of cute cakes and yummy and also healthy (they put there as less sugar), it makes me wanting to eat them more! Per slice is about S$6.70, still reasonable but currently they are having a promotion that if you buy a food set, your cake will be half price! My review would be 4 stars! I love them and this is the first time I like cake in many years! I will definitely come back for more ^^ slurp!

Weekend and things to look for ^^

This weekend will be quite quiet for me.... nothing much to be done but will be yoga weekend (I am trying to force myself to keep going for exercise).. we'll see... however, can't wait to meet my friend on Sunday! Hopefully she is free to meet for dinner =)

Furthermore, I am counting down to for another like 9 days to Lion King the Musical Broadway that is currently held in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Well, I've been entertained by the Phantom of the Opera that I watched in Vegas before, then the Korean theatrical drama called "BreakOut" and last year "Cats" was in town too! ** click on the Name to see the Breakout and Cats Review. So next week will be the Lion King! Can't wait!

Going to watch the local production too "Into the Woods" in July. I think it will be really cute! stories of cinderella mix with Red Riding Hood.. can't wait to watch it too!

Another weekend and yes! finally after 2 years of absence from exercising, decided to start a new hot yoga class today...really good! will be taking different kind of classes tomorrow. Excited!

My Review:

In the beginning, I would thought that this movie is a lame movie where it is just a war movie with alien on it.. so on Saturday, was quite bored so purchase this ticket as I got it for free (vouchers stuff) and finally sat in for the movie.SURPRISINGLY! I found it very interesting from the beginning! It is an action packed war movie that keeps you wanting for more! Started with the soldiers training, and the attack strikes, the soldiers are trying to survive, and in the end they are trying to take back Los Angeles. Aaron Eckhart played very well and I love the part where he told the survivor and the soldiers that 'Marine Never Quit'. This quote showing us that we can't give up halfway, we always need to look forward and never quit on whatever we are doing. Basically never give up and do our best in life! At the end, the shows have a good ending and it's logical too! at least it's not those weird show with super awkward ending. I would say thumbs up for this movie and whoever loves war and action movie, this movie is a must watch! Cheers!

Good evening!

It's another weekend! Just uploaded some of the photos from my camera.. and I'm going to upload the photo of Suntec City during IT Show 2011! You will only see how crowded Singapore are especially when they are gathering for the latest gadgets and deals!

Super Crowded! but overall, it's fun to see different kind of new gadgets available in Singapore.. however, it's so difficult to walk everywhere cos it's TOO packed!

This is 'walking' advertisement that I found in Orchard Central today. They did a good job as this is quite different from other kind of advertising. Good job to Istudio =)

This is a translation of a diary entry on a Mixi account, the Japanese equivalent of Facebook, belonging to 22-year-old Michiko Otsuki, who works at the Fukushima nuclear plant. By yesterday, the March 15 posting had been translated and reproduced on several blogs.

This morning I was forced to evacuate from the power plant and now I'm with my family at my relative's house.

For starters, I'm okay.

"You just need to get somewhere safe ... " is what they said to me when the company car left the facility.

(Tokyo Electric Power Company) TEPCO's really under attack lately ... But it's also TEPCO that isn't running away and is continuing this life-threatening work.

So, please don't criticise them.

As a TEPCO employee and staff of the Fukushima No 2 reactor, I was at the scene till last night. Even with tsunami warnings going off, even though we couldn't see our feet, we were out at 3am in front of the ocean doing repair work. The machines responsible for cooling are out of commission because of the tsunami but everyone's working frantically.

Everyone's tired and hungry and so tired their feet are dragging but they're still working. If we can't get the cooling systems back online, Dai-ni (Plant 2) would explode just like Dai-ichi (Plant 1).

TEPCO are the ones who are trying to prevent that. If we'd just abandoned the plant it wouldn't end here.

So, we're staying and fighting.

The tsunami's effects were worse than we could have ever expected. If it'd just been the earthquake, Dai-ichi wouldn't have exploded.

People are working without a second thought about their lives.

There's a lot of rumours going around but if you're outside the evacuation zone there really isn't much chance of your health being effected.

The only people whose health is at risk are the workers inside the plant. They're going without sleep, without food.

Don't be swayed by all the rumours if you're outside of the evacuation zone.

My boyfriend has been doing night work at the plant the whole time.

Right now all I can do is pray that everyone's okay ...

But the scariest thing is all of the people working at the plant.

TEPCO isn't running away.

People who can't contact their families are still working.

Please don't forget about them.

If only one more person knows about them from this blog, it will be enough.

All of us at the plant are still fighting.

I'm sorry that we've made everyone in Japan anxious.

I know what may come of it but I'm including my name.

There are people working at the plant now who would give their lives to protect everyone.

That's what the situation is now, but seeing everyone putting their lives at risk and working together to bring the cooling systems back online, I'm proud to be a TEPCO employee and staffer at Dai-ni.

I hope I can go back to the plant to work soon.

Tiger Airbrush Tattoo - I Love it!

This week feel super long! However, last weekend was fun! Went for dragon boat race and yes, I get myself an airbrush tattoo from one of the booth! well, nothing fantastic as the tattoo will be gone after a shower but so far. I'm loving it! How I wish it could be the REAL one on my hand or my back.. What do you guys think? Should I take the Real one?

Malacca, Malaysia Short Getaway - 2D 1N Excursion

Howdy!

How is your weekend? I hope your weekend was great and did a lot of fun stuff! For me, went for Malacca Short Getaway, totally just weekend! Quite fun and 2 days would be more than enough if you would like to see all the places that you need to see there. The bus ride from Singapore to Malacca takes about 3 hours to 3 1/2 hours depending on the traffic... Here comes the photos -->

The hotel that we stay: Mahkota Hotel, Malacca

My Review: The feeling of this hotel is more like an apartment style. The room is like 1 bedroom style of place. Quite alright, but I think if you would like to take another alternative, there is this Holiday Inn Malacca hotel beside this hotel. Location wise is great, walking distance to the tourist hot spots.

Malacca Bus Stop: with many different kind of maps behind them.

Beca (Tricycle): You could take this Beca to travel around Malacca. Not only they are colorful but they have music too! enjoy!

--> The church is completed in 1753, Malacca Christ Church is a wonderful testament to 18th century Dutch masonry.

The Stadhuys:

--> The Stadhuys was built in 1650. This town square is the most dominant structure in Malacca. One of the oldest buildings in the East, it presently houses the Melaka Historical Museum.

St. Paul Chapel:

--> Against the Chapel's walls are tombstones from Dutch era carved with poignant inscriptions. The Crypt once held the body of St. Francis Xavier, who had often visited the city he called 'Babylon of the East'.

Chen Hoon Teng Temple:

--> This Chinese Temple is the oldest in South East Asia and founded in 1646. You could find this temple in the Jonker Street.

Monday: Quite Relax..

Tuesday: Black Swan Movie! --> I like it although a little bit complicated.. but Natalie Portman is stunning! and she acts really well!

Wednesday: Which is today! Going to eat at Pizza Hut with colleagues!

Thursday: Tomorrow! Finally! I'm going to reserve my seats to the Land of the Rising Sun in April. Can't wait!

Friday: Suppose to meet my friend, but no news from him yet.. so I'll confirm again tomorrow ^^

Saturday & Sunday: Malacca Trip! Never been there but heard many good foods there! yummy! Will show some photos when I have return.

Mad For Garlic (Suntec City, Singapore)

Happy Saturday! I hope you had a wonderful one!

Went to Suntec City, Singapore to try on new food : Mad for Garlic!

Was looking to one of the deal in Insing.Com earlier where we could buy S$15 voucher which worth S$30..and also, keep hearing from my friends that their foods are good! So, giving it a try today and the results, I love it! Not only they are new taste, unique, and yummy!

Mad for Garlic (Italian Wine Bistro) is a unique restaurant which is specialize in Garlic. Checking on the website. seems like they are originated from Korea and just entered Singapore Market few years back. For further details about Mad of Garlic, please visit: http://www.madforgarlic.com.sg/

Now.. the moment that we finally been waiting for.. **drum rolls**.. the foods!

Seafood Salad!

My Review: Yummy! The seafood are fresh! Mussels, Shrimp, Squid, and of course the vegetables. The gravy is good too! not too sour and not too sweet. Overall, Delicious!

Garlic Bread!

My Review: Another interesting one! The garlic bread comes like in puffy bread and the lady is smashing the inside of the bread. Surprisingly, there are lots of chopped garlic breads inside. Then she cut them to few pieces. Yummy!

Snowing Garlic Pizza!

My Review: One word = Yummy! It's in a thin crust with shrimps, some pineapple, cheese and of course garlic too! You do not need chili or catch up to compliment this one. It's totally delicious standing by itself. It's sweet!

Lobster Pasta!

My Review: Kinda different from the rest of the pasta that I have eaten before. One thing specialize in this dish is the crab eggs (on top) that can be mixed together with the cream sauce. The combination is great and it makes you wanting for more!

Mushroom Risotto with Chicken!

My Review: A little spicy on this one. The menu put 2 chillies icons showing that the dish is kinda spicy. Variety of Mushrooms, Cheese, Risotto and the chicken. This is one very filling dish.

Overall, I would say that I will return to this restaurant again. Not only yummy, food orientation is great, customer service and the manager are nice, but also of course, the ambiance is marvelous too! feels like you are in the dracula castle with lots of glasses, bottle of wines as the decoration. Price wise is reasonable too! An average of S$20++ per person. 4.5/5 stars from me!

So if you guys are looking for new stuff and adventurous enough to try new things.. this restaurant would be a good place to try! So far, it is a very satisfying dinner for me.. and make me....

Hey all!

Have you guys dream of traveling around the world?

I do........How I wish I could put all the pins to all the places in the world map below. There are still many unvisited countries that earth has to offer. Going to keep the coins in piggy bank and one day, I should break it and use my saving to travel around the world! **I think I'm dreaming** But nothing to lose for dreaming, right? It is really good to dream, it become motivation to work harder and save more!

Imagine of going to South Africa to visit all the wild life animal! Imagine visiting Europe to see the wonder of the man made world like louvre, eiffel tower and if you could see one of Leonardo Da Vinci Artwork, it's heaven! How about visiting Maldives to see the clear blue sea that we only seeing it on magazine. And of course to see the great pyramid and mummies! That's only part of them, there are still more places to view!

There are tons of foods to try, scenery to view, and adventures to seek. The world maybe round, or even flat in the map but yes, there are still many things to discover!

My current Travel Map:

I know some people would say that I am crazy or wasting money. In Fact, it's true that first we need to be able to save for our main basic necessities. That's Important! but sometimes, all of us work so hard to achieve something more right? Some may save more money to get Branded Bags, Shoes, Sport Cars, Yacht and much more! While for me, it would be to see the world!

Therefore , shall we Work Hard. Save Hard. and Travel hard! hehehe =D

Thank God is Friday! Finally it's Friday here in Singapore and yes, weekend is coming! I hope everyone have a good weekend ahead recovering from post Chinese New Year syndrome and oh yes! Happy Chinese New Year 2011! May this year of Rabbit bring everyone and your loved ones abundant of happiness and prosperity.

I know it's a bit too late for New Year Resolution.. but isn't it everyone need something to look for in the year or even in the future. So here are things that I want to do: ** Crossing finger that I hope I could do all of them!

Good Morning everyone!

The moment that we have been waiting for! Finally Harry Potter the 7th Series with the Deathly Hallow Part 1 has been released! and I'm going to watch it today! I can't wait!

Well, first of all, I have been reading the novel since I'm secondary school from the first to the last book and watch all the series too! I love the movies, and yes I love magical stories. Although Part 2 of the Deathly Hallow will only be released in 2011. I believe this one would be great!

Korean Pop Night Concert 2010! (23 October 2010)

Dear All,

How have you been doing? I hope you guys have a great week ahead!

What I would like to discuss here would be the Korean Pop Night Concert 2010 that happened in Singapore Expo Hall 2 last saturday, 23rd October 2010! It was a blast! Really great and thanks to Proof Label to make it happened! Not only that they bring 7 of the great bands from Korea which include: FT Island, Infinite, ZE:A, The Boss and definitely the 3 favorite of mine: Shinee, Girl Generation, and Big Bang! Love the performance, the blast music, lightings, and of course all the bands involved! They are just super great!

Well, I regretted that I bought Cat 4 which in the end my colleague and I were sitting at the back and see the bands super small. Next time must buy the Cat 1! The last time Proof Label sold the Cat 1 and Cat 2 were at 313 Somerset where people queuing from midnight! How could you do that when you are in the working life? Anyway, enough rambling.. so far I love it! A lot! and I will definitely go again the next time round with big camera!

Took some pictures during the performance and yeah my super small camera, the pictures not clear and the video! but my hand is super shaky! In the end, it's not that good.. but anyway, it's about the EXPERIENCE.. Nothing beats the feeling of happiness that day. I believe everyone else are having a good time too! Cheers! Overall, KPOP NIGHT IS A BLAST! LOVE THEM!

Been a while since I disappear from blogspot.. apologies everyone..

Been quite crazy these few months with work, plus all other activities. But overall is really fun!

I am currently being mesmerized by the movie 'Inception'. I think the idea is just crazy and I found it to be very interesting! the dream within layers of dream :P Just love it! If you haven't get a chance to catch that movie.. You should give it a try! but be warn, it's quite a heavy movie :p so must focus and you'll enjoy the show more!

Finally it's weekend!I'm so happy about that! What are you guys going to do during this weekend?

Haven't take any pictures or found any stories recently. But yeah, I've got a chance to watch Sex and The City 2 and Prince of Persia last week!

Sex and The City 2

Review: No matter how the story goes, I just love these four ladies from Sex and the City. I may not watch the drama episodes but Yes, I would say I love Sex and the City Movie series. Not only the dresses are gorgeous, the heels and purses are sexy, and of course the story line is hilarious! This time, the ladies went to Abu Dhabi to enjoy the luxurious hotel, stories, and everything else! I love all about this 2nd series of Sex and the City. If you really observe about it, in every scene, the ladies change their clothing. My favorite quotation, " Men, Babies, doesn't matter, We are soulmate'. hehe ^^ 5 stars from me for this movie. Enjoy!

Review: I love all the effects! Actually, I played the games but yeah, I hate the part where he jump around the wall, I alwas fell -_-.. but anywayy.. the games is great! the movie is great too! This movie comes from the producer of Pirates of the Carribean. I love that movie too! But anyway, if you are looking for some adventures, actions, stories, and visual effects, this movie would be a good movie to relax your weekend and enjoy ^^ another 5 stars from me too!

Today's blog would be about Part 2 of the Oklahoma Trip (May 2008) and I would like to especially share the pictures that I took about prairie dog. They are just super cute!! Love to see them again one day =)

Prairie dogs (Cynomys) are burrowing rodents (not actually dogs) native to the grasslands of North America. There are five different species of prairie dogs: black-tailed, white-tailed, Gunnison, Utah, and Mexican prairie dogs. They are a type of ground squirrel. On average, these stout-bodied rodents will grow to be between 30–40 centimetres (12–16 in) long, including the short tail and weigh between 0.5–1.5 kilograms (1–3 lb). They are found in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In Mexico, prairie dogs are primarily found in the northern states which are the southern end of the great plains: northeastern Sonora, north and northeastern Chihuahua, northern Coahuila, northern Nuevo León, and northern Tamaulipas; in the U.S., they range primarily west of the Mississippi River, though they have also been introduced in a few eastern locales. Actually went to Oklahoma for graduation in May 2008. However, during our trip, went to see beautiful scenery along the way and love love them very much =)

The story of 'Bank Account'

A 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud man, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o'clock, with his hair fashionably combed and shaved perfectly, even though he is legally blind, moved to a nursing home today.

His wife of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary. After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, he smiled sweetly when told his room was ready.

As he maneuvered his walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of his tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on his window. I love it,' he stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just
been presented with a new puppy.

Mr. Jones, you haven't seen the room; just wait.' 'That doesn't have anything to do with it,' he replied. Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture is arranged ... it's how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it.

'It's a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice; I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do.

Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open, I'll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I've stored away.. Just for this time in my life. Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw from what you've put in.

So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank
account of memories!

I've confirmed has Monday Bluess.. but thinking that the long weekend is coming ^^ so work hard for 4 days and yes.. let's enjoy the long weekend! Hope you guys have the long weekend too! it's Good Friday ^^

Anyway, how was your weekend? I hope you enjoy it and what did you guys do?
For me, I went to watch the moview 'How to train your Dragon' by Dreamworks Animation. One word : Awesome! I feels like i'm becoming a child again and yeah just enjoying the movie!

My Reviews 5 stars over 5~! Plus I love the dragon (night dragon) but the main character called him 'Toothless' Love him!!!

Full of laughter, enjoyment and yes I love toothless never the less.. the dragon that the main character ride.. Toothless is super cute! It reminds me of Stitch from Lilo and Stitch Disney whe toothless tried to smile.
Overall, I would say it would be the best animation of the year so far ^^

2012 Movie - I love it!

One word to describe this movie: Amazing!

I love to watch all about this apocalypse movie as it is not only great visual effect but yes, i think the story is pretty cool where the the earth is doing self healing. It's a little bit mix of independence day and the core. For me, I love it and it is a must watch movie =) 5 stars from me! Cheers!

It has been a while since I blog here.. been busy with life and everything else.. and I've been missing few stuffs now...

Anyway, will be back soon and there are lots of movies to catch! I can't wait to watch the movie '2012' . I think it will be great movies!

By the way, if you like to watch Korean Drama, try to watch these dramas: Shining Inheritance and Take care of my young lady. These two series are great and yes very addictive! Thank goodness that the series for the Shining Inheritance end at episode 28 and for the take care of my young lady will end at 18 ( if I am not wrong.. I forget.. apologies)..

Well, for me, I get a chance to watch G.I Joe. Well, it's like X-Men movie where people have power but not that extreme as X-Men.. It is more like the advance technology that it probably can be created in the future! Well, if you haven't watch the show, my suggestion is to watch the show at the movie theatre. It is because the sound effects and the visual effects are marvelous! Cheers and Enjoy!

My Review: I would give this movie a 4.5 stars! it is because one i love the visual effects, 2. I love the advance technology stuff especially on the robot suit that the two guys are wearing.. cool! and yes.. the soundtrack is great too!

My Review: I would say it is quite a good movies about robots and well, if you follow the terminator series.. I would say that the 2nd Terminator movie is still better than this (where the enemy is the metal liquid thing) and the hero is still arnold. But of course, this terminator salvation has better visual effects rather than previously. Story wise, I would say it's great but a little bit confusing (I still don't understand why John Connor's father is younger than him). But yeah, I would give 4 stars overall for this movie ^^ Cheers!

Finally, the moment of waiting has been paid off for this movie. Read the books about 2 years ago? and the movie was just released yesterday. So happy about that!

My Review: I like the movie and loving Leonardo Da Vinci more! He is such a genius!
Although I know nuts about Davinci before. This movie encourage me to learn more about history and all other scientific things.. haven't start them but going to start to read about them soon! The movie, I still love the Davinci Code better than this one. However, the one thing that I like about the movie is the 'fonts' of the illuminati with earth, air, fire, and water.. It's really nice! And I like all the statues of the Vatican Church ( as in all the saints and all others).. love them.. i wanna visit Rome and Vatican one day!
Overal.. I would give this movie a 4 stars! Worth of watching if you like arts and some mystery.. but this time, the thriller is not as much as the first movie.. hehe ;P

Apologies guys for the long absence of blog. It's thursday and I really can't wait for tonight and tomorrow. Going to watch Angel & Demon Tonight ( Will definitely updat eyou tomorrow) and tomorrow is Friday! It's weekend!! hehe

Last weekend, I went to watch "Star Trek", it's pretty nice compare to Star Wars though (just in my opinion).. As in, Star Wars are very nice series of galaxy movie.. but for me, i don't really understand the story as the series gone by.. Anyway, enough about that. Let's review Star Trek Movie.. have you guys watch them? what do you guys think?

My Review: Worth of Watching in the Cinema with great visual effects. I'll would rate 4.5 stars for this movie =) If you like all about stars, galaxy, and warship planes.. these would be a great movie because they simply show all the details of the ship which are very Wow! Enjoy!

My Review: Typical Marvel Story with Wolverine as the main movie character (as the title well said). Good action and the visual production is kinda cool too!
I like the first part of the movie very well where they start all the fight (where all the Agents are there). For this movie, I would give it a 4 stars and yeah, don't forget to watch till the end of the credit (there is a small clip about where wolverine goes after).. so don't leave the cinema till you watch this =) hehe.. except if they cut it half way.. enjoy!

It's Friday!! Yay! Finally!! What are you guys going do to this weekend? make sure that you eat delicious food and enjoy yourself in everything you do =) probably indulge yourself with some spa, relaxing massage, or shopping =) or also, maybe goes for some paintball, skydiving or something fun! (only if you would like to try.. i wanna go skydiving but i don't think so it's available in singapore).

Anyway, I saw the latest news on Susan Boyle 'Britain Got Talen' and she is simply amazing! Wow!.. Never ever judge a book by their cover.. She should have been discovered earlier!

My Review: I simply like this comedy.. learn that we can't always be happy by being someone else.. so just be happy as who you are =) enjoy and appreciate whatever you could have just being yourself! I would rate this 4 stars.. in dvd or movie, doesn't make any difference as long as you have fun ^^

Well, the location is wonderful, ambience is excellent, dessert is great.. but definitely.. please don't be in a hurry when you are eating here.. because you need to enjoy and relax at this place...

Hello everyone! How is your long weekend? Also Happy Easter!
Hope you had a great one! Although it's raining whole weekend.. hope it didn't ruin your holiday =)

Well, for me.. my sis came here for holiday. So accompany her for the whole weekend.. ate good food plus good shopping =) At first, I'm not planning to watch 'CATS' as they are currently in town. It is because my sis did not get a chance to watch any theatrical performance previously, in the end, we went to watch it on Sunday at 2 p.m.

This is the best picture I could take when I am on the 3rd Stage by my cellphone.. Next time, should bring my camera there. Not sure whether it's clear, but this is the stage like for Cats.. sorry it's very dark ;(

Synopsis: The story based from Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot. Well for me, I think it's about the meeting of all the cats in every of each year and they are explaining each of the cats character. For example, they have the glam cat, curious cat, magical cat, etc. Also, in the end of the show, after seeing the dance and characters of each cats, the 'elder cat' will choose a cat to be reborn duing the highest peak of the full moon. I believe that's the main idea of the story.

My Review: For me, as I've seen 'Phantom of the Opera' before by Andrew Llyod Webber, I would still love Phantom much more than this play. However, this play is quite entertaining as you can see variety of colors in the play and lots of lamp light. The cats looks real though as my sis told me that all the other cats that are not in the main character is continue acting as cats even when they are not in the spotlight. If you are looking for enjoyment, cats would be good to watch (although there are no narrative in the earlier story), it would be quite confusing. If you are looking for thrilling and breath taking show, Phantom of the Opera is still the best! My rate : 4 stars ^^

My Review: It's one of the good 'serious' action movie by Jackie Chan. I kinda like it. Although the story line is quite simple where immigrants are trying to survive in a foreign land. Also, we could learn from the story that human greed always fed to the bad result. Therefore, what I learn from this movie would be that just live a simple, hardworking, honest and happy life where you could live with no regret.
My review would be 4 stars for this movie. Worth watching if you are fans of Jackie Chan ^^

Yoga..

How are you guys doing today? Time flies really quickly aye? Tomorrow is anothe friday! Finally! .. might go to watch Shinjuku Accident on the movie theatre.. how about you? how is work today? work hard today on finishing on all the workload and enjoy an early weekend tomorrow (at least.. reduce your stress if you could finish your job today).. that's what i think though =)

So.. what I would like to share today is about Yoga.. well, I tried few months of Fitness First back then and I love the Yoga Class best! At first, I thought Yoga would be very boring and I could fell asleep instantly. On the contrary, some of the movements are pretty intense at the same time relaxing. You can't even have time to sleep except during the meditation period. Anyway, I've stopped for few months and I feel my body is deteriorating or basically unfit.. I want to do yoga again! plus.. my favorite is pilate 100.. hahaha... anyone?

On the pictures, there are a lot of different kind of postures that include stretching and hold the difficult postures for few minutes. Believe me, all those impossible postures basically is possible, only that it requires a lot of practice. I can't do that.. too difficult for me ;P hahahahaha ;P

Apologies that I write too much this time rather than showing pictures.. but main thing is that.. basically if you would like to practice yoga, it's much better if you go to a class because it is much more motivating and plus bring your friends along.. it would be much more fun!

Well, for yoga, can't really feel it only if you are just looking at them, but you need to try and enjoy them then you can feel the different.

Tuesday and I am unwell at home.. hikz -_-! oh well, went to the doctor and they said that it's a flu symptom. weather now is getting horrible and I just hope the sick season is over soon..
